We liked that there is a pool, the staff is quite friendly, location is convenient, internet is quick and reliable and parking is free.

Very nice, very clean room; it's upstairs but there's an elevator and luggage carts. The pool was good and breakfast was excellent.

Beautiful hotel and very welcoming staff. Despite being located in a run down shopping centre (with an eerie, unpleasant atmosphere) the hotel is a safe haven from the unpleasantries of Brampton.

Great staff, both at the desk and service department. Friendly and helpful and always there to answer questions and provide assistance. Nice coffee machines and a good breakfast.
